BoxBhai provides house, office and warehouse relocation services within the scope agreed in your quotation. Work outside that scope may carry a separately approved charge.
Booking and quotation
A website request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your date is reserved after details are confirmed, a quotation is accepted, and the stated advance is received.
Payment and billing
The remaining balance is payable on completion. Payment may be made by bank transfer, cash or bKash, and a receipt or invoice is issued for every payment.
Cancellations and access
Tell us as early as possible if plans change. Customers are responsible for accurate access, floor, lift, parking and inventory information.
